Media Event - Meeting Two

Meeting two and our initial plan was to have one room green screen and one room claymation and split our students into 2 groups and swap them over after each activity. Unfortunately we don't think we have enough time to achieve this what with easter breaks,other projects and peoples absences so we are now going to do a green screen demo in Dairy G10 and 3 presentations on students work experience and documentaries in the main house. Megan is going to be away for 2 weeks so Chris is taking over as main organiser in her absence.

I had already booked the green screen equipment for my room but I was then needed to do a presentation at main house so I'm no longer runner of that room and James,Ciaran and Dan will now be looking after things. I will now be looking after Main House 111.

In the mean time I have to plan my presentation for the main room and what I'm going to talk about, I was thinking of running through my blog I created on a projector as it has some visuals and a short interview and just running through my general experience at Deal - chucking a few sneaky comments about Noel in here and there!

We went to recce main house and to ensure we had all we needed for the day, then wrote down a plan of who would talk and for how long. Jessie was doing a presentation on her re edit of the blitz, I was doing my work experience at Deal and Monish and Dean would do their behind the scenes at Jack fm. We'd have a 10 - 15 minute slot each and have a bit of time either side just incase.

We finally came up with a days schedule which I wrote up for Megan and sent to Lesley and Chris, we had to loose half an hour somewhere so cut their lunch a little shorter and their breaks would be walking from main house and vice versa.
